- Returns are accepted only as per our Return & Refund Policy
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claim
- Used or tampered products are not eligible for return

- Products are covered under 18 months motor warranty & 6 months jar warranty
- Customers must send products to the authorized service center
- One-side shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
- Warranty excludes misuse, damage, or unauthorized repairs
