📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Saturday)
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day

- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on most prepaid orders
- A nominal shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
- Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout
📍 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email
- You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website
📦 Packaging & Safety
- All products are securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage
- We ensure proper sealing and quality checks before dispatch
⚠️ Delivery Guidelines
- Please inspect the package at the time of delivery
- If the package appears damaged or tampered:
- Do not accept the delivery, or
- Accept only after noting the issue with the delivery agent
- Record an unboxing video for any claims related to damage or missing items
❗ Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our warehouse
- Re-shipping may require additional charges
🔄 Shipping & Returns
- For returns/replacements:
- Customer may need to ship the product to the authorized service center
- One-side shipping cost is to be borne by the customer (as per policy)
