We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return if:
- Product is defective, damaged, or not working
- Wrong item delivered
Conditions:
- Must be reported within 24 hours (for damage) or 7 days (for defects)
- Unboxing video & images are mandatory for approval
- Product must be in original packaging with all accessories & invoice
Not Eligible for Return:
- Used or tampered products
- Minor scratches, color variation, or aesthetic issues
- Damage caused due to improper usage

- Replacement is provided for manufacturing defects only
- Processed within 3β5 business days after approval
- If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued

- Customer must send the product to the Authorized Service Center for repair/inspection
- Service will be provided after verification of invoice & warranty eligibility

Warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- External damages (fall, shock, water, fire, lightning, etc.)
- Normal wear & tear (knobs, labels, cabinets, accessories)
- Any unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage due to improper ventilation or electrical fluctuations
